The products that we use have a very deep penetrating ability that causes the wood to become supple and more durable against weathering and UV rays.  The oils are absorbed through the wood fibers in the same way it absorbs water, the product allows for the wood to expand and contract without cracking or warping.  The product we use allows the wood to age at a significantly lower pace than other products.  The refinishing process for the products we use is about 10% of what you can expect from conventional products.  Mainly due to the fact that you will not have to use chemicals to refinish our projects, with conventional products it is necessary.
Average price expectations for a redo of our projects are about 50% less than of the original cost.  Chemicals are not needed for each subsequent application of our products.

Other companies use conventional products that are surface building, mold feeding, vegetable derivatives that age and gradate wood faster than unprotected wood.  Most companies will do a make shift wash and re-apply the same product every year which causes the wood to age and turn gray and/or black.  This is all mold that is underneath the previous product and with every subsequent application of the same product feeds that mold which causes the wood to continuously turn darker.

VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compound. In essence VOC’s are the components of a product that evaporate from a product once it is applied or exposed to air. Translation- air pollution. In recent years the EPA has adopted stricter standards for the paint coatings industry in an effort to reduce air pollution. Some states have their own regulations. The WoodCare Professional Series features very low VOC levels that range from about 160gr/liter to 310gr/liter. A major benefit from low VOC’s is a noticeable reduction in odor, which in turn makes a given product easier to work around without being overwhelmed but fumes and fowl odors.
